Colour Temple, an Installation of Inspiration. A series of 12 unframed monumental hangings 220 x 150 cm. One side a monochrome, the other side an ‘emblem’ on a ‘white’ fond. This gives a focus, it captures the attention of the viewer, and the active presence of the viewer defines what he/she sees.

It is an Eastern tradition like a Mandala, an invitation to linger into an ‘environnement d’espace’, an environment where space gets shape and is tangible.
It is an extension of the perception of Barnett Newman with his monumental monochrome works with the intention that the public can disappear in the vastness.

In my studio you can experience the energy of the work, by sitting in the middle.
